We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work with the team to handle a diverse scope of works involving the lifecycle development of real estate projects which includes managing /executing day to day costings and contracts of current projects, design coordination and supervision, analysing and interpretation of market trends of the real estate environment.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work with the team to handle a diverse scope of works involving the lifecycle development of real estate projects which includes managing /executing day to day costings and contracts of current projects, design coordination and supervision, analysing and interpretation of market trends of the real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Administration
- Draft, review, and administer consultancy agreements, construction contracts, and other related service agreements in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated contract documentation and records.
Tender & Procurement Support
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities, conditions of contract, and specifications.
- Evaluate and analyze tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Support procurement of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Cost & Claims Management
- Monitor project costs against budgets and approved variations.
- Evaluate and process progress claims, variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, and final accounts.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all contracts align with regulatory requirements, including BCA and URA guidelines.
- Assist in audits and internal reviews of contract administration processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with development, project management, and finance teams to support overall project execution.
- Facilitate communication between external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Contract Management or Property Development/Real Estate Management.
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably with a property developer, consultant, or main contractor in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore contract law, Building Control Act, BCA/URA requirements, and standard forms of contract (SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC).
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English (In order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking clients / owners).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and owning feasibility studies, cost planning and development planning of land and internal marketing strategy would be an advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
