Primary Duties (90%)
- Handle all import activities, including receiving, counting, and quality inspection of goods.
- Capture photos of all incoming and outgoing shipments for documentation.
- Bin and organize engines and spare parts in their designated storage locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare exports, ensuring all engine serial numbers and spare parts match shipment details.
- Conduct quality checks on all incoming and outgoing items to maintain standards.
- Maintain 5S practices and ensure accurate inventory management in accordance with SOPs.
- Perform container/trailer stuffing and unstuffing operations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices for spare parts handling.
- Verify imports using the import checklist provided by the Purchasing Department.
Secondary Duties (10%)
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and support warehouse operations as required.
Education and Training
- Minimum O-Level (Secondary Education) qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Valid Forklift License (mandatory).
