Job description
Requirements
- Process and coordinate international sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and factories to manage shipping schedules.
- Prepare and compile export documents (invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Form D/E, etc.).
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any issues.
- Ensure documentation complies with destination countries' regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records for sales, logistics, and export compliance.
- Support product registration processes in new markets when needed.
- Communicate closely with the team to align on lead times and stock availability.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in export sales operations, international shipping, or logistics coordination.
- Familiar with Incoterms, shipping documents, and trade compliance.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems (e.g., Xero) is an advantage.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Interest in the pet industry is a plus!
