Duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible for monthly closing of the management group companies;
• Provide monthly consolidation of accounts, forecast cashflow and variance analysis on a timely basis;
• Prepare intercompany invoicing including counterpart's subsidiaries and affiliate and reimbursement of fund expenses on a quarterly basis;
• Act as a time controller and coordinator with other departments and vendors to manage the timeline for internal reporting;
• Manage cost allocation and revenue recognition for different profit centres;
• Responsible for compliance reporting for management group companies;
• Lead the annual budgeting process;
• In-charge of external audit and statutory reporting;
• Responsible for bank/exchange/custodian account opening for all entities including fund and management group;
• Process all vendor payments as well as maintain invoice tracker;
• Maintain a proper record/database and filing system ;
• Other projects or ad hoc tasks will be assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years experience in asset management corporate accounting
• Having exposures in regional accounting is preferred, especially in HK, Singapore and US
• Analytical in problem solving, able to make judgment/ recommendation
• Good interpersonal and business communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work accurately with close attention to detail
• Self-motivated, independent and fast learner
• Fluent in English and Chinese are essential
• Experience in accounting software (e.g. Quickbook) is preferred
• Familiar with MAS reporting and other regulatory requirements
