Job Description

1. Preparation of design calculation sheets, design & construction

drawings, and any other related documentation.

2. Receive approvals from relevant Authorities and/or Employers. 3. Prepare concrete design calculations such as bridges, drainage

culverts, and retaining walls.

4. Prepare steel structural design calculations such as steel bridges,

and temporary sheet piles.

5. Prepare settlement/consolidation calculations.

6. Prepare slope stability calculations.

7. Prepare construction planning & management for the works such reclamation, dredging, soil improvement, soil investigation, ground compaction, piling, steel fabrication, and concrete, etc.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering

2. Design experience such as piling foundation, drainage, Earth

Retaining Stabilizing Structure (ERSS), soil improvement design (PV DCM, sand pile, gravel pile), ECM, Gravity wall, FEM, Slope stability

3. Familiar with the latest design standards such as Eurocode, British

standards, ACI, ASCE, PIANC, CIRIA etc.

4. Well-versed in software e.g. Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Geoslope, PLAXIS etc.
