Responsibilities

• Inventory System Monitoring:
  - Conduct regular checks in the company's inventory management system to ensure accuracy and availability of parts, tools, and consumables.
  - Report discrepancies, update records, and assist with stocktaking activities as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  - Perform routine inspections, servicing, and minor repairs on workshop and yard tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  - Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe working condition, and assist with calibration where applicable.
• Tool Room and Yard Management:
  - Support the organization and maintenance of the tool room using 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology.
  - Uphold cleanliness, safety, and efficient layout of work areas, tools, and storage spaces.

Requirements

• Possess a relevant technical certification (e.g., mechanical, automotive, or engineering-related field).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, vehicle maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper handling of equipment.
• Computer literate with the ability to use inventory systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift Driving License.
• Willing and able to perform overtime work, including weekends when required.
