Responsibilities
Requirements
- Received goods with inventory
- Update PCOM databases with order details
- Check stock inventory; liaise with the account
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Prepare Supplier invoice do PO, and e-sign to account
- Issue parts require to workshop mechanics
- Update all purchase invoice in PCOM
- Upkeep of stock inventory/Check stock inventory
- Inspecting purchased product parts to ensure they arrive in good condition upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Updating all records of purchased products into PCOM
- Monitor tire and battery usage on vehicles and mileage done.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
