Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers by providing personalized product recommendations based on their preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior sales executives in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Organize merchandise displays, maintain orderly stock layouts, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Accurately record daily sales transactions, manage cash handling, and update inventory in the system.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in retail sales will be a plus
• Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
• Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
