Job Title : Interior Designer / Consultant / Project Manager

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Interior Design Consultant and project manager with a background in interior design, construction, architecture, or project management to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative design concepts, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the renovation process. You'll be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordinating staff and resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will manage client relationships, documentation, and create detailed project reports while designing risk mitigation plans and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

-Develop design concepts, space planning, and material selection.

-Prepare and present mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.

-Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

-Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

⁠-Provide expert advice on design trends and renovation solutions.

- Lead project planning sessions

- Coordinate staff and resources

- Oversee project timelines and adapt work as needed

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships

- Assist in project contracts and quotes

- Oversee project documentation (incoming/outgoing)

- Develop risk mitigation plans

- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports

- Manage customer feedback and complaints

- Ensure quality standards and timelines are met

Requirements:

- Customer-centric: Build and maintain professional client relationships

- Design expertise: Advise on space planning, conceptualization, and material selection

- Project management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; track budgets

- Timeliness: Deliver on time according to project schedule

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills

- Problem-solving: Ability to manage risks and resolve issues efficiently

- Leadership: Experience managing large and diverse teams

- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or project management

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to travel

-Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
