Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee marine-related projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, coordination among stakeholders, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant marine regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct site inspections and project audits when required
• Maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Marine, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in marine, offshore, or engineering sectors
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Sound knowledge of marine industry standards and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
