At The Quinntessential Questions Podcast , we don't just capture conversations - we craft cinematic stories. Every episode is produced like a TV show, featuring global guests from Olympians to entrepreneurs, artists, and thought leaders - all exploring themes of purpose, resilience, and reinvention.

We're now hiring a full-time Video Editor (ideally with a background in videography and graphic design) to elevate our storytelling across multiple platforms and brands.

What You'll Do

• Edit full-length podcast episodes (60-90 mins) to cinematic quality
• Create powerful highlight reels (60-90 secs) and short-form content for social media
• Design intros, transitions, and lower-thirds that enhance our brand
• Polish audio, colour and pacing for a high-end finish
• Collaborate on content across our other brands:
• Quinntessential Career Architects (tutorials, events)
• Westport Partners Executive Search (marketing and leadership videos)
• Contribute ideas, stay ahead of trends, and help define our visual voice

What We're Looking For

• Strong editing experience (podcast, doc, or cinematic style preferred)
• A videography background is a big plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition (or similar tools)
• Comfort with multicam editing, colour grading, and sound mixing
• Familiar with content formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Bonus: Graphic design, animation skills, and a love for storytelling across topics like business, sports, culture, and media
