Location: Woodland (Air Liquide); Venture Dr, Singapore 608526 and Micron F10A site (1 N Coast Dr, Singapore 757432).

Duration: Tentatively 8 months to 1 year

Salary Structure: Basic + AWS

Work hours: Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and Design requirement.
• Be familiar with Singapore regulation for the requirements of the piling, civil, structure and building.
• Participating in the drawing review and provide constructive suggestions to the Design team, and keep follow up
• Mainly supervise the demolition, piling, civil work and steel structure work on site
• Prepare the ITP related to his own discipline field, review and validate the method statement from contractors
• Conduct the regular quality inspection and checking onsite based on the approved ITPs and drawings, and report on non-compliance
• Receive, inspect and hand over E&C equipment and materials to contractors.
• Assist SM for the preparation of documentation on his/her discipline field
• Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report, (PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation
• Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works.
• Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report, and report to site manager
• Participate to handover activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists;
• Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check, inspect witnesses, approve or reject work or part of work.
• Useful Quantitative collection for the discipline part
• Discipline capitalization for the completed projects (Before demobilization) with constructive information & experience shared for the input of next project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical / civil) or above.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience in Civil/structure for the ASU or chemical construction
• RE qualification required
• Sufficient knowledge of related construction methods.
• Has the welding knowledge on the steel structure part
• Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of team spirit
• Good English for both written and spoken part.
