What you'll be doing

• Partner with business units on HR matters, including recruitment, development, and engagement
• Execute HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
• Build trust with employees through regular engagement and feedback sessions
• Manage internship and sponsorship programmes to support talent pipelines
• Support staff engagement, wellness, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and organisational events as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
• 3 - 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with HR policies, practices, and local employment regulations
