Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and motivate team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the creation of business plans, presentations, and sales budgets.
- Monitor team performance through regular reporting, reviews, and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
- Ensure proper cost control, pricing, and profitability for all sales activities.
- Maintain oversight of trade accounts receivable and ensure healthy cash flow.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, sales reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Undertake additional sales and marketing projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within sectors such as manufacturing, clean energy, or technology solutions.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and cost-to-sales impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full-time role, five-day work week.
