Job Title: Sales Manager

Overview:
A growing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within the export division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing international markets, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategies, managing performance, and supporting the expansion of global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and motivate team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the creation of business plans, presentations, and sales budgets.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reporting, reviews, and KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Ensure proper cost control, pricing, and profitability for all sales activities.
  • Maintain oversight of trade accounts receivable and ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts, sales reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing and business initiatives.
  • Undertake additional sales and marketing projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within sectors such as manufacturing, clean energy, or technology solutions.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and cost-to-sales impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full-time role, five-day work week.
