Job Description:

• Report to project teams on all aspects of site management, including project progress, monitoring, supervision, and quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, comply with safety standards, and meet quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing shop drawings for submission and revisions in collaboration with the Drafting Department.
• Support the Project Manager in planning project schedules, preparing pre-construction and progress reports, and managing QA/QC matters, including documenting defects.
• Assist in risk assessments, implement risk control measures, and communicate safety and risk protocols to all workers.
• Collate, prepare, and maintain records for Variation Orders (VOs) and other project-related documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, including sub-contractors and in-house workers, both on-site and in the office, to ensure efficient project operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry.
• Possess technical knowledge & experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills
