Job Description:

• Prepare and submit tenders, commercial bids, and project proposals to secure new business, and coordinate contract negotiations and agreements with clients.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, agree on budgets and timelines, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, cost estimates, and cash-flow projections; monitor changes in design or construction work and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure deadlines, specifications, and technical standards are met.
• Manage contract administration, including preparing quotations, variations, extensions of time (EOT), cost claims, and certifying progress payments.
• Lead and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and contract professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress through site meetings, technical reviews, and post-project evaluations to identify improvements in cost, productivity, and communication.
• Maintain project documentation and contract management systems, while performing ad-hoc duties as required to support successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Building, or Quantity Surveying; relevant certifications (e.g., CCCM, CPCM, CFCM) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, tender preparation, and project management within the construction or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
