We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager (ACMV, M&E) to lead and manage projects involving Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Cold Room Systems. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution - from planning and design to completion - ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects related to ACMV and Cold Room Systems, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Possess sound knowledge in the design of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems, refrigeration systems, and cold room systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
• Interact and liaise with clients on a daily basis to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant work experience within the construction industry or a similar field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
