As a Recruiter, you'll be the bridge between amazing talent and our team, helping us expand with like-minded, driven individuals!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
• Reach out to potential candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial conversations to understand candidate fit and career goals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires
• Assist in planning recruitment campaigns and events
• Work closely with team leaders and managers on hiring needs

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma / Degree holders
• Great communication & interpersonal skills (you're a people person!)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy talking to new people
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• No prior recruitment experience required - training provided
