Senior Architect (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Enthusiastically lead and deliver data center projects globally, from architectural planning and design through to construction and handover;
- Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
- Apply expertise in architectural and construction details to perform design development;
- Ensure design quality and compliance with all relevant codes;
- Liaise and coordinate with authorities, clients, and the consultant team for all project(s);
- Oversee on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues;
- Guide the project team in preparing deliverables based on project needs;
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships;
- Proactively push boundaries by integrating emerging technologies and trends, including cloud computing, automation, and sustainability, into data center architectural and planning design.
Requirements:
- Relevant architectural qualifications and experience;
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of architectural experience with a focus on data center projects;
- Intermediate, self-driven and motivated candidates can also be considered;
- Demonstrated understanding of modern data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, network and security systems;
- Experience in consultant selection and management to ensure alignment with project objectives;
- Desired software proficiencies: Applicants are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with design and graphics software, specifically Revit, Rhino, Illustrator and Photoshop, among others;
- Able to adopt and adapt to diverse project requirements and work environments.
