Job Title: Marketing Manager (Asia Markets)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to recruit international students across Asia, focusing on secondary and pre-tertiary segments
• Plan and manage digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, schools, and other recruitment partners in target markets
• Collaborate closely with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, student enquiries, leads, and conversion rates to inform strategy
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance indicators to senior management
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with institutional and EduTrust guidelines
• Support content creation and promotional materials tailored to different markets

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in international student recruitment, education marketing, or a related sector
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and recruitment initiatives
• Experience in Asia markets with a strong understanding of student recruitment trends
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently within a small, high-impact team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights
