Admin Executive

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and dynamic Admin Executive to handle overseas correspondence. The duties include:
Requirements:
- Perform general secretarial/ receptionist duties i.e., screening phone calls, filtering junk emails and managing main emails, preparing letters, scheduling appointments and meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
- Correspondence with overseas suppliers on customers' requirements
- Maintain a proper filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
- Handle all matters related to the yearly renewal of licenses
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and other related duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Solution-oriented, proactive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Computer skills - MS Office
- Able to work independently and in a team.
