About Our Client

My client is a financial services based in Singapore, specializing in providing short-term business loans and comprehensive financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Job Description

• Generate a steady flow of high-quality business referrals by fostering trust, engagement, and professional collaboration.
• Serve as the primary contact for referred SME clients, assessing their financing needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Deliver outstanding client service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and capitalize on new lending opportunities through broker networks and strategic alliances.
• Conduct initial evaluations of SME clients' financial status, business viability, and creditworthiness.
• Prepare preliminary assessments to support submissions to the Credit team for formal review and approval.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage a portfolio of SME loan clients, monitoring payment schedules and repayment patterns accurately.
• Collaborate with the Collections Manager to follow up on overdue payments and support recovery efforts.
• Assist clients with loan application completion and compilation of necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Good understanding of Singapore's financial regulations and lending practices.
