1. Responsibilities:

• Manage, review and priorities the projects works to be completed within the time schedule and budget.
• Monitoring progress to meet interim key dates.
• Ensure deliverable to customer meets the agreed quality standard.
• Co-ordinates the works carried out by each team within the project team and other SWC.
• Work with project team to resolve issues within project team and other SWC
• Conduct risk management analysis.
• Manage customer relationship.
• Power flow.
• System Impact.
• Cable ampacity

2. Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to project management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of the practical application of electrical engineering and technology including applying systems, principles, techniques, and procedures to a project design.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Minimum 3 years experience as project manager in cabling industry will be advantage.
