Social Worker or Counsellor for FSC (Pasir Ris)

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Social Work or GradDip in Counselling
• Fresh graduate to 4 years of working experience

Desired

• Good command of English and fluent in one other language or dialect
• Empathetic and good communication skills
• Integrity and the ability to meet deadlines
• Good team player

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver case management and counselling services to clients
• Offer information and referral services to clients as needed
• Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations for cases
• Plan, design, and organize programs tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
• Provide group work services to support clients' development
• Lead community outreach initiatives and organize community development activities
• Establish and maintain networks with other organizations to mobilize resources for client support
