Education & Background
• Minimum diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in industrial sales (1-3 years minimum, depending on the level).
• Automated Storage System or ASRS knowledge can be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations promptly.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Execution
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems.
Market & Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
Reporting & Collaboration
• Provide regular sales reports to management.
• Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to align efforts.
