Job Summary:

We are currently partnering a leading European manufacturer of food ingredients on their search for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, this role bridges close collaboration between customers, distributors, and headquarters in Europe, supported by a local customer service team and an application centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop regional customer relationships and alternative sales channels
  • Lead new business development across both food and non-food applications, in close coordination with technical and innovation centres
  • Allocate capacities and sell products based on availability, demand, and profitability
  • Provide market insights, competitor updates, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports in the CRM system
  • Continuously optimize sales processes and structures to enhance performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of B2B experience in regional sales or application work within the food or industrial ingredients sector
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Organic Chemistry, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region (around 40-50% of the time) to engage with customers and partners
