KEY DIGITAL SKILLS:
a. BIM & VDC & IDD Technical Skills
b. ACC Data Analytics and Integration
c. Autodesk Construction Cloud-based Collaboration, Project Management & Field Management etc.
- Degree in Architectural Structural & Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software
- Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
- Relevant certificate in Building Information Modelling (preferred from BCA)
- Expertise in using Autodesk Revit and other 4D/5D software, and coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/IDD requirement, etc.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BIM/VDC/IDD: Execution Plan
- Coordinate IDD Activities: Manage the implementation of digital delivery solutions such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twin technologies, cloud collaboration tools, and other project management platforms.
- Implement Advanced Technologies: Deploy technologies like BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), IoT, AI, and automation in workflows.
- Integrate Systems: Ensure interoperability among various digital systems to support seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Maintain Digital Standards: Ensure all digital tools and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of outputs to ensure adherence to project specifications and expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of digital project workflows, tools, and outcomes for future reference.
KEY DIGITAL SKILLS:

- Proficiency in BIM software for modeling, design coordination, and clash detection.
- Expertise in VDC for simulating construction processes and optimizing project schedules.
