Job Title: M&E Manager(ID8029)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Salary: $4500 - $6500

Job Description
-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required for M&E works.
-Coordinate with other project teams to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.
-Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
-Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
-Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.
-Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.
-Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.
-Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.
-Ensure that all M&E installations and systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.
-Supervise and manage M&E engineers, technicians, and contractors.
-Provide training and guidance to team members.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement:
-At least 3 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-AUTOCAD skill will be added advantage
-Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
-Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
-Local working experience needed.
