Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Operate tower crane to lift and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Inspect crane daily before use to ensure proper functioning and report any defects.
- Communicate with riggers and signal personnel to ensure safe and accurate load movement.
- Monitor crane stability and load limits to prevent overloading or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of crane cabin and surrounding area.
- Follow all site safety procedures and report any unsafe practices or conditions immediately.
- Record operational data, including load weights, working hours, and maintenance checks.
Requirements:
- Valid Tower Crane Operator License or Certification (as per local regulations).
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of load charts, crane capacity, and lifting procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Have Bcss and Work at Height Safety Cert
- Commitment to safety and adherence to site protocols.
- Valid MOM Certificate of Approval for Tower Crane
