Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, variation orders and other commercial documentation in coordination with the commercial and development team.
• Assist in the preparation of pricing sheets, tender submissions, and bid documentation
• Maintain accurate records of proposal, agreement and change orders.
• Assist in maintaining updated CRM entries and follow up schedules
• Support in preparing client reports, presentations and post-sale documentation
• Plan and execute B2B-focused social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Create content (e.g. videos, social media posts) that highlights projects, case studies, and company capabilities.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
• Research and identify new potential clients, and business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, webinars, or trade fairs (if required) to support lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Entry level - training will be provided
• Interest in the solar industry
• Experience in sales support, business development, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
