Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor stock levels of starting materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Share and communicate stock availability and movement across all relevant departments.
• Prepare packing lists and supporting documentation for both local and overseas shipments.
• Inform the Purchasing Department when stock levels are low to ensure timely replenishment.
• Track stock usage to ensure efficiency and highlight any issues of wastage or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in accordance with company policies.
• Support periodic stock-taking and reconciliation activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; further qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management are an advantage.
• Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
