Job Description:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales targets
• Execute sales strategies and in-store promotions to drive revenue growth
• Manage customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction and resolving complaints
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching
• Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure brand consistency
• Educate customers on product offerings and provide styling advice
• Train new hires on SOPs, branding, and sales techniques
• Handle POS operations, cash management, and daily reconciliations
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, transfers, and stock taking
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" level or above
• Strong communication skills, both oral, written and numerical skills
• Prior experience in fashion retail or a related retail environment
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow up effectively.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• MUST Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and at various locations in Singapore.
