What we're looking for
- A full 5-day work week up to 44 working hours with 2 off days.
- Weekdays: 9am-6pm / 12pm - 7pm
- Saturday: 9am-6pm (according to lessons demand)

Job Description
- Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design unit and lesson plans that align with AEIS and PSLE standards.
- Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, clear, and effective lessons to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations.
- Assessment & Grading: Create quizzes, tests, projects, and exams. Evaluate student work, provide meaningful feedback, paper marking and assign grades.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements (via emails, phone calls, parent-teacher conferences, and report cards).
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including attendance records, feedback records, exam records.
What we're looking for
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple students and schedules
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically
- Speaking Chinese is a strong advantage.
