Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Process and verify share transfer instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and registrars to complete timely transfer of securities.
- Handle unit trust settlement operations, including trade confirmation, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor settlement timelines to prevent failed trades or delays.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems promptly.
- Liaise with counterparties to resolve settlement discrepancies or exceptions.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and audit documentation.
- Ensure adherence to MAS, SGX, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Support other back-office functions when required.
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, demonstrating a willingness to learn and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain a curious attitude toward business-as-usual processes.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
- Results-focused, detail-oriented, diligent, and collaborative in approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other operational systems.
