Two Herbs, a leading provider of natural haircare and beauty solutions, is seeking passionate Hair Therapists / Assistants to join our team in Toa Payoh Central & Bedok Central. As a Hair Therapist / Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair and scalp treatments to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

• Conduct in-depth hair and scalp assessments to identify clients' specific needs and concerns
• Develop and administer customised hair and scalp treatment plans using our premium natural products
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through their hair journey
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained
• Assist with product sales and inventory management as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hair or beauty-related role, with a passion for natural and holistic haircare
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised, spa-like experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to precisely follow treatment protocols
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, as well as the latest trends and techniques in natural haircare
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in hair therapy or cosmetology would be an advantage
