1. Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.

2. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.

3. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.

4. Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

5. Supervise and train Indian workers.

6. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

7. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

8. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
