Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract administration for LTA projects, including tender contracts, subcontracts, and variation orders.
• Oversee commercial and contractual compliance in line with LTA guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, claims, and variations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Track and report project cost, risk, and financial exposure, ensuring alignment with budget and contractual obligations.
• Provide advice and guidance to project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation for audits and LTA reporting.
• Resolve contractual disputes, claims, and potential delays proactively, escalating where necessary.
• Support management in tender submissions, claims analysis, and contractual risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in contract management on civil/infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to LTA projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction law, FIDIC/PSA contracts, and LTA procedures.
• Proven ability to manage claims, variations, and contract negotiations effectively.
