Full Title : School Coordinator

Location: Jurong East/Clementi/Boon Lay (only work 1 location)

Working days: 5 days (Rotate shift based on roster)
Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm
Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm
Salary: $2200 - $2600

Key Responsibilities: -

• Establish/identify new sales opportunities, secure sales to achieve Individual Sales Budgets & Enrolment Budget for course base assigned.
• Provide professional sales & products service to all customers' enquiries to convert to enrolment & sales.
• Assisting in organizing events/roadshow to promote music products.
• Conduct Trial Lessons, Open House and Students' Concerts/Graduation events, as planned.
• Ensure smooth operations of music school.
• Assist with the requisition for stores' stock replenishment and ensure that an adequate level of stock is maintained at all times.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements: -

1. Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years' experience in as coordinator, receptionist, customer service/retail industry.
