General Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are looking for responsible and hardworking General Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Work location: 18 Jalan Besut, Singapore 619571
Full-Time: 5.5 days per week
Part-Time: Flexible schedule available, weekdays or weekends, to be discussed
Transport to/fro will be provided at pick-up point @ Lakeside MRT
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of offices, meeting rooms, lobbies, and toilets.
• Sanitise high-touch areas like doors, office windows, lifts and lift lobbies.
• Carry out regular toilet cleaning and restocking of toiletries and supplies.
• Organise warehouse by clearing clutter or sorting materials.
• Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of assigned areas.
• Monitor and maintain on-site inventory of cleaning and consumable supplies.
• Inform the office when replenishment of suppliers is required.
• Notify Facilities Department of any deficiencies, damage, or need for repairs to equipment or facilities.
• Ensure all cleaning is performed according to the company's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Preferred Requirements:
• Part time or full time
• Physically fit - able to walk, lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• At least 1 year of general cleaning experience is preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning tools safety and efficiently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks.
• Shows initiative and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and improve skill.
• Able to read and converse in simple English is preferred.
• WSQ cleaning certificates are an advantage but not mandatory.
