What you'll be doing

• Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Review prescriptions to ensure safety, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness
• Counsel patients and healthcare staff on the correct use of medications and potential side effects
• Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making
• Support the preparation of compounded and specialised medications where required
• Maintain accurate medication records and contribute to inventory control
• Keep abreast of pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing professional education

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution
• Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• 3 - 6 years of similar working experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and hospital pharmacy practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to patient safety
