Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Reporting Manager to join our Singapore headquarters. This role will be responsible for overseeing subsidiaries' financial statements, ensuring accuracy in intercompany transactions, preparing group consolidation, and supporting US SEC reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting expertise, excellent attention to detail, and experience in group reporting under IFRS/US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Subsidiary Reporting

• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements of subsidiaries to ensure compliance with group policies and accounting standards.

• Provide guidance to local finance teams on accounting treatments and reporting matters.

• Intercompany Transactions

• Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across subsidiaries.

• Ensure proper documentation, elimination entries, and resolution of mismatches.

• Group Consolidation

• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements.

• Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances.

• Support group-level analysis, including variance and trend analysis.

• US SEC Reporting

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (e.g., 6-K, 20-F).

• Liaise with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with reporting standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.

• Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure reporting processes comply with IFRS/US GAAP, group accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

• 6-8 years of experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or audit (Big 4 background is a plus).

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; experience with SEC reporting is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in consolidation/reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, or similar).
