• Preparation of ingredients
• Cooking palatable, varied and nutritious meals in accordance to the recipes approved by the Head Chef and Dietitian
• Comply with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Guide and supervise junior staff in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
