We are looking for an administrative executive that plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operation. This role is a mix of general administrative and sales support tasks. You'll work with the Business Development team, and others to help keep internal operations running smoothly and support the commercial team.
As a general administrator, you'll manage office tasks like handling mail, filing documents, travel and meeting arrangements and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding. You'll also assist the finance team by preparing payment instructions and tracking expenses.
On the sales support side, you'll be responsible for creating and tracking sales quotations and contracts, maintaining the CRM and proper documentation, and generating sales reports for management. You'll also help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

skills and experience required
- diploma in Business Administration, Business management or a similar field
- Minimally 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support, with experience in a managed services environment being an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
