About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Key Account Manager to join our team. You'll be the trusted partner to some of our most important clients, ensuring their success and driving long-term business growth. This is a relationship-driven role - one where understanding client needs, solving challenges, and delivering tailored solutions is key.

What You'll Do

• Own and nurture relationships with key regional and global clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Design account strategies that drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver customised solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and new business.
• Prepare regular performance and account reports while managing receivables.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar B2B environment.
• Strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of growing key accounts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with conglomerate accounts in industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, Semiconductor, or Electronics is an advantage.
