Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with high-value global and regional accounts.
• Develop long-term account strategies to retain clients and expand business opportunities.
• Understand client needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide tailored solutions.
• Strengthen customer relationships to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client requirements are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare regular account reports and manage account receivables efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding with a focus on sales and business development.
• Experience handling key or conglomerate accounts, preferably in Healthcare, Semiconductor, or Electronics sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for a Senior Key Account Manager position.
