- Manage overall café operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow.
- Lead and supervise the service, barista, and kitchen teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and beverage preparation.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Manage inventory, ordering of supplies, and cost control.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and support management in planning promotions or improvements.
Requirements:
- Must possess Barista Certification and Culinary Certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in café or F&B management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and able to lead by example.
