Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall café operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow.
  • Lead and supervise the service, barista, and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and beverage preparation.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Manage inventory, ordering of supplies, and cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
  • Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and support management in planning promotions or improvements.

Requirements:
  • Must possess Barista Certification and Culinary Certification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in café or F&B management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and able to lead by example.
