Job Requirements
- Issuance of Trade and non-trade billings.
- Trade and non-trade invoice register (payment) processing.
- Daily sales and purchase daily book updates consist of Physical, Paper and OPEX and monthly reconciliation.
- Monitoring the due dates of invoices.
- Fixed asset maintenance.
- Employee claims/expense checker.
- Preparation of monthly recurring journals.
- Bank reconciliation checker.
- Preparation of AR Aging report.
- Preparation of AP Aging report.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum qualification of a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably with relevant working experience but fresh graduates can be considered too.
- Good technical knowledge of accounting.
- Good technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards will be an advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numeracy skills, detailed and meticulous.
- Motivated and taking initiatives in problem solving.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines (overtime is required during account closing).
- Knowledge in SAP preferred.
