Job Description
  • Issuance of Trade and non-trade billings.
  • Trade and non-trade invoice register (payment) processing.
  • Daily sales and purchase daily book updates consist of Physical, Paper and OPEX and monthly reconciliation.
  • Monitoring the due dates of invoices.
  • Fixed asset maintenance.
  • Employee claims/expense checker.
  • Preparation of monthly recurring journals.
  • Bank reconciliation checker.
  • Preparation of AR Aging report.
  • Preparation of AP Aging report.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must have a minimum qualification of a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience but fresh graduates can be considered too.
  • Good technical knowledge of accounting.
  • Good technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards will be an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numeracy skills, detailed and meticulous.
  • Motivated and taking initiatives in problem solving.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines (overtime is required during account closing).
  • Knowledge in SAP preferred.
