- Market Awareness:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs within the construction sector to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Project Coordination:Work with internal teams (like operations, production, and technical staff) to ensure smooth project execution, resolve issues, and provide support for client needs.
- Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and company objectives, including contributing to tender submissions and technical aspects.
- Reporting and Forecasting:Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the planning of future revenue.
- Customer Support:Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
