Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for construction clients, build strong, long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development:Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers (e.g., contractors, builders), and work to retain existing accounts and grow revenue.
  • Market Awareness:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs within the construction sector to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Project Coordination:Work with internal teams (like operations, production, and technical staff) to ensure smooth project execution, resolve issues, and provide support for client needs.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and company objectives, including contributing to tender submissions and technical aspects.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the planning of future revenue.
  • Customer Support:Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
