Job Responsibilities:
• Support the AP Program Management Lead in delivering Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning & development, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Plan, organize, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Draft and distribute program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Maintain program records, track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other teams to align timelines, deliverables, and participant needs.
• Contribute to employer branding through social media, campus engagement, and internal communications to promote programs.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve participant experience, streamline processes, and adopt best practices.
• Manage scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
