About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily operations. This role is suitable for candidates with some HR knowledge or a keen interest in developing their HR career, especially in the Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting jobs and arranging interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new employees and preparing documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
  • Support attendance tracking and payroll preparation.
  • Help to organize training and keep training records updated.
  • Provide basic support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in handling leave, medical claims, and other staff benefits.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • Some HR or administrative experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and Singapore employment rules will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
